This is the main slogan, (from the early hours of the morning, until late at night), always smiling of the waiters and the owners of the family restaurant, "Te Besimi-Beska", which is located right in the heart of Prizren, in The beautiful Shatërvan!… Where the cobblestones of Prizren buzz, by many citizens and occasional or intentional guests, from all over Kosovo and other places in the region, along with the springs that day and night and in every season, quench thirst and curiosity for water in Prizren!… Where the stone bridge connects the two shores of the ancient city, which separated Lumbardhi, with the gurgling and freshness of the water that starts the journey from the Sharr mountains, is the heart of the ancient city!…

Born in Gjakova in 1912, he was left an orphan at the age of 5, without his father Myrteza Shkreli and together with his brothers Iliaz and Hazër, they had to survive with their work and sweat. Thus, as a child, Uncle Islami worked as a shepherd in the Godens family of Rogova e Hasit, and with the relocation of the family from Gjakova to Prizren, in the early 30s, he joined the Smani family who had a kebab shop in the neighborhood of Terzimahalla, where he takes the first steps of grilling food.

In the centuries-old Shatërvan of rest and freshness, coffee, tea, and gastronomy, also known as the unique triangle of religious and cultural tolerance, since the early hours of the morning, uncel Islam Shkreli opened the shop, diligently preparing the grill and waited for the customers!. The manly greeting, the smile, as well as the smell of grilled kebabs in an area of about 35 m2, were the attraction of the citizens, who attacked his kebab shop. During this journey, besides Mrs. Bahrije, his daughter Myzaqete and his sons Besimi and Mërgimi also helped him a lot.

Now the family restaurant "Te Besimi-Beska" moved from 35m2 to 3 thousand square meters, with wonderful facilities for relaxation, food and refreshment, where over 50 workers work. With conference and seminar halls, bridges and fountains, as well as a rich menu, ranging from numerous salads, kebabs, grilled meats, indigenous dishes, doner, pizza, cakes, shar cheese and various traditional food.
